Any agent can list your property or help you find a home or commercial property.  But, you need to know that your real estate professional also understands the numbers, knows his or her way around a contract, and has some life experience to apply.  It also helps to know, like and trust the people with whom you work.

Mike brings 32 years of varied marketing, financial, and contracts administration experience to his real estate career.  Some of his professional assignments include:

 

  • Internal auditing with Ford Motor Company of Australia.
  • International contracts administration with Sperry Flight Systems.
  • Aerospace marketing with Clifton Precision Instruments and Life Support, a division of Litton Industries.
  • Tenured business professor at Teikyo Marycrest University (the former Marycrest College in Davenport, Iowa).
  • Petroleum products marketing with Molo Quint, LLC.

Mike is in his third year with Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS.                                         

 

  • Named Bettendorf office “Rookie of the Year” for 2007.

Personal information:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa and master’s degree in International Management from Thunderbird School of International Management.
  • 27-year resident of Walcott, Iowa currently serving as chairman of the Walcott Planning & Zoning Commission.
  • Married for 36 years to the former Andrea Clark from Davenport, Iowa--two children.
  • Holds a private pilot’s license and is active as a tow pilot for the Black Hawk Soaring Club, Muscatine, Iowa.
